Neil has always been passionate about the communication of science. That passion has enabled Neil to provide strategic commercialization support to companies bringing new assets to market, ensuring launch success by clearly and consistently communicating the scientific, clinical, and real-world evidence to support competitive differentiation and value. Neil immerses himself in the scientific data looking for the "edges" that can be exploited to compete successfully.
As a serial entrepreneur Neil has founded innovative, market-leading agencies and built them into successful businesses by hiring talented professionals and empowering them in a culture of teamwork, respect, hard work, and fun. In bringing together the talented teams that make up Citrus Health Group, Neil has established the building block for a market-leading new business that will bring innovative solutions to clients in a world that will be greatly impacted by the change precipitated by artificial intelligence (AI). This will be the greatest challenge the healthcare communications industry has faced in its lifetime, and it will require strong leadership, innovative thinking, and empathetic change management.
Neil is a member of ISMPP and serves as Co-Chair of the Small Companies and New Professionals Education Committee. When he isn’t working, he is cooking something to pair with a great bottle of wine, playing golf, listening to music, traveling, and trying to stay in shape. Above all else, Neil’s real pleasure is spending time with family including his much-beloved dogs.
